Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer APEX & LWC (Finance/SOX Domain)
Location: 3 days at Palo Alto CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support and enhance our finance-related Salesforce applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SOX compliance accounting processes and data-driven development in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Design develop and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using APEX LWC and Salesforce APIs
- Build and maintain scalable and compliant applications that support financial processes (Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Month-End Closures Reporting)
- Translate business requirements from Finance and Compliance teams into functional technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOX controls and auditability in Salesforce implementations
- Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to automation of manual processes using Salesforce tools and integrations
- 6 years of Salesforce development experience with a strong command of APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience working with or supporting finance/accounting teams or processes
- Good understanding of SOX compliance and related internal controls in a technical context
- Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets especially for audit or reconciliation processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working in large matrixed organizations
- Ability to lead initiatives drive solutions independently and deliver high-quality code under compliance standards
- Experience with SOX audit readiness control execution and scoping
- Exposure to automation technologies like RPA bots or process orchestration tools
- Familiarity with finance operational controls and reporting workflows
