Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:

40 hours a week
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST with one hour of unpaid break

Scope:

Work closely with internal engagement managers and professional services team
Handle significant backlog of training content creation
Support multiple client implementations simultaneously
Eastern Time Zone alignment preferred with morning overlap requirements
Long-term role with expectation of growth into multiple similar positions

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training materials including videos step-by-step guides and Tango walkthroughs for software implementations
Create social media-style content and animated GIFs for internal communication platforms (Jabber Connect etc.)
Collaborate with engagement managers to understand project requirements and training objectives
Film and produce training videos for new software features and functionalityDevelop internal control training materials including scenarios for ca
sh handling procedures and compliance requirements
Serve as first point of escalation for training-related support inquiries via email
Transform technical project specifications into user-friendly training content
Create internal advertising materials to promote new features and processes within client organizations

Requirements:

Experience in instructional design or training content development is a big plus
Proficiency with video production and editing tools
Ability to create step-by-step documentation and visual guides
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with training software platforms and learning management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
Understanding of business processes and software implementations
Customer service orientation for handling support inquiries
