Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Origination - Identify and develop new business opportunities in M&A and private equity
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates private equity firms venture capitalists and other key stakeholders.
Lead client pitches develop investment theses and secure mandates
Lead and execute M&A transactions equity financing and strategic investments in the particular sectors
Drive deal structuring negotiations and end-to-end execution.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates providing guidance on deal structuring financial modeling and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.
Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.
Requirements:
15 years of experience in M&A Private Equity or Investment Banking with a strong focus on a particular sector
Strong track record of successfully originating and executing M&A and capital-raising transactions.
Strong financial analysis valuation and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.
