Job Description
Job Title: Calibration Engineer
Location: Novi MI
Job Description:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 yrs of experience in bench level and vehicle level calibration of e-PowerTrain
- Good understanding of measurement and calibration (XCP)
- Developing Calibration Procedures
- Working experience of tools ETAS-INCA CRETA Jira Codebeamer Confluence Vector CANape dSPACE MathWorks MS Office
- Working experience of calibration to include thermal (hot and cold) Dyno benches and high-speed tracks
- Operating knowledge of lab instruments like DMM Oscilloscope Power Supplies and Electronics Loads
- Operating knowledge of Thermal Chambers
- Operating knowledge and configuration of in-vehicle data loggers (VN5640 or GL4X or GL5X etc)
- Analysis of test data and summary
- Working with development teams for calibration upgrades
