Key Responsibilities: Automation Engineering and Process Optimisation
- Design implement and maintain robust automation systems to improve productivity quality and reliability across company operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
- Develop test and deploy automated scripts and tools (using industry-standard programming languages and automation platforms).
- Monitor the performance of automated solutions troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to internal users.
- Document automation processes create technical specifications and maintain clear user-friendly guides.
- Participate in technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology division.
- Actively research and propose innovative automation technologies methodologies and best practices to drive operational excellence.
Required Experience and Skills: Automation and Programming Expertise
- 2 3 years of automation engineering experience preferably within technology-forward environments such as IT or software.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms (such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or similar technologies).
- Solid understanding of system integration APIs and data handling.
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex technical challenges independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail a proactive approach and a commitment to high-quality work.
