Job Description

About this Position:

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Minimum Education:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology (IT) related field (i.e. Computer Science) from accredited college/university.

Required Experience/Skills:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in business analysis requirements gathering and process improvement in IT Systems.
An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in business process modeling gap analysis and requirements documentation.
Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or Confluence.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
