Job Description
- Administer and maintain server systems including environments running Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
- Manage support and troubleshoot MS Active Directory services to ensure reliable identity and access management.
- Provide technical support and administration for the Microsoft 365 environment with a strong focus on Microsoft Exchange and Online SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and diagnosis for performance problems across server systems software and databases.
- Provide clear and concise support documentation for system configurations changes and operational procedures.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a mixed environment supporting both Microsoft and Linux-based systems.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Microsoft Server System Software and RedHat Linux.
- Expertise in managing MS Active Directory including user group and policy administration.
- Strong proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 Online Services particularly Microsoft Exchange and Online.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
