About this Position:
Job Title: Ellucian Banner Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical support for Ellucian Banner DegreeWorks OpenText and other integrated enterprise applications.
- Investigate troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for end-users addressing queries and providing guidance on application functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to support application upgrades patching and new module implementations.
- Monitor application performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
- Assist in the management of user access and security for supported applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation support guides and knowledge base articles for internal team use and for end-users.
- Participate in projects related to the enhancement and evolution of the enterprise application ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience providing application support for Ellucian Banner.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting DegreeWorks.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with OpenText content management systems.
- Experience working with and supporting other large-scale enterprise applications.
