Job Description

About this Position:
Job Title: Ellucian Banner Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary technical support for Ellucian Banner DegreeWorks OpenText and other integrated enterprise applications.
  • Investigate troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for end-users addressing queries and providing guidance on application functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business units to support application upgrades patching and new module implementations.
  • Monitor application performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
  • Assist in the management of user access and security for supported applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation support guides and knowledge base articles for internal team use and for end-users.
  • Participate in projects related to the enhancement and evolution of the enterprise application ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience providing application support for Ellucian Banner.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting DegreeWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with OpenText content management systems.
  • Experience working with and supporting other large-scale enterprise applications.
Covers: Ellucian Banner DegreeWorks OpenText and other enterprise applications.
