Essential Functions
- Provides clinical supervision support and direction to therapists and patient care coordinators
- Ensures appropriate and adequate therapeutic interventions are implemented
- Participates in clinical program creation and services
- Participates in treatment team and discharge planning oversight
- Ascertain that clinical and professional learning needs of the social service staff
- Manages therapeutic staff schedules hours and necessary computer systems to manage productivity standards
- Participates in policy development and review
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Human Services Field required
- 3-5 years in clinical social work or related work required
- 2-4 years in a direct supervisory and administrative experiences required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of community resources expertise in assessing social emotional psychological and psychiatric factors and the ability to express ideas in a clear concise way
- Ability to delegate to others
- Adhere to ethical standards and utilization of good judgement
Licenses and Certifications
- LCSW- License Clinical Social Worker required or
- LMHC-Licensed Mental Health Counselor required or
- LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor required
