Castle Automotive Group is looking for a Service Manager who is dedicated and drivento join our team.

As an Automotive Service Manager youll oversee the operations of a service department ensuring efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing staff handling customer interactions maintaining the service departments budget and inventory and ensuring quality repairs and maintenance.

Service Manager Responsibilities

  • Assesses present and future need trends problems and profit opportunities of the service department
  • Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the service department within the Companys overall plans and policies
  • Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the department
  • Formulates annual and monthly sale/profit objectives are expense budgets in accordance with company objectives
  • Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action as necessary
  • Selects coaches leads trains and supervises shop personnel
  • Works to consistently improve CSI and performance of advisors
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers

Service Manager Qualifications

  • Experience as an Automotive Service Manager in a dealership setting required
  • Familiarity with customer standards and processes
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proven high CSI
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff
  • Extremely focused on following and guarding processes

Service Manager: $100K - $160K

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
