40Summary:
The advanced-level Clinical Risk Coordinator leads the departments risk management strategy. This level provides expert guidance on risk mitigation oversees risk-related initiatives and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field from an accredited college or university required.
5 years minimum experience in a healthcare setting required.
2 years experience in healthcare risk management accreditation quality improvement or patient safety including project management or leadership experience.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook Word Excel Power Point).
Must be proficient in incident management software.
Must have expertise managing complex projects.
Licensure Registration and/or Certification
Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas or minimally required experience in a healthcare setting.
