Job Description
- Customer Communication:Handling phone calls email correspondence and responding to customer inquiries.
- Sales Support:Entering quote requests acquiring quotes from outside vendors and sales report generation.
- Document Management:Preparing and organizing sales documents updating pricing for Tariff & surcharges
- Office Management:Maintaining office supplies coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with other administrative tasks.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Organizational Proficiencies:Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Technical Skills:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Sales Knowledge:Understanding of sales processes and terminology is helpful.
- Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required
- Marketing: Experience in marketing would be a plus
- This is a first shift opening.
- Flexible schedule - 45 hour work week.
- Pay based on experience.
