About the role
Purpose of this role is to support of marketing team in planning and coordinating marketing activities developing and performing tasks required to implement the overall marketing strategy support Sales Teams in terms of marketing materials cooperating with customers and samples.
Your Key duties and Responsibilities:
Administration of the me program in cooperation with the Agency -new contracts preparation of program reports and reports for Finance
Monitor and effectively manage the stock of marketing materials and layettes for Sales Representatives
Entering orders for samples/promotional materials for PH/PM/DTC
Create update and revise marketing materials in line with current guidelines
Submission of materials and presentations to the MRL (Compass) process
Updating materials and managing access on Showpad
Translation of materials from English into Polish (promotional materials instructions others)
Liaising with suppliers (marketing agencies printers graphic designers)
Co-creation of the marketing campaign plan with the Marketing Manager and the team
Organization of internal conferences and process participation in external conferences including documentation and approval in MedCompli
Supporting the organization of webinars conferences and company events
Input of orders into SAP and verification of invoices/payments
Preparation of contracts and bills of suppliers and with whom we work MedCompli acceptances verification of payments
Ongoing support in other projects of the marketing department
Managing local promotional materials
Deliver graphic written or verbal presentations and reports of findings statistics and insights
Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms including website blogs and emails
Cooperating with other franchises in terms of compliance regulatory and medical approval for marketing activities
Cooperating with vendors agencies scientific events organizations printing houses graphic designers
Cooperating and maintaining good relations with customers
Our requirements:
Previous experience in the medical devices or pharma industry in the area of marketing
Native Polish and English on a level enabling daily communication (at least B1/B2) is a must
Strong creativity and relationship building skills
Managing multiple projects at the same time
Self-motivated
Excellent organizational and negotiations skills
Strong attention to details
Responsibility and flexibility
Strong Team player
Highly developed organizational and communication skills
Availability for occasional business trips (also with overnight stays)
