Job Description
- The Accountant Growth Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist Contractor to support marketing campaign operations for the Accountant Channel.
- This channel focuses on delivering financial operations automation solutions to our Accounting partners helping them grow their client advisory services (CAS).
- We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to manage gift card sends fulfillment operations and budget tracking for marketing campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end process of sending gift cards ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time.
- Handle logistics for order fulfillment including inventory tracking shipment coordination and ensuring smooth execution of all fulfillment activities.
- Track and manage budgets for gift card fulfillment and related operations ensuring expenses are in line with approved budgets and addressing any discrepancies.
- Verify SFDC syncs for promotion fulfillment ensuring data accuracy across campaigns and managing reporting responsibilities.
- Provide operational assistance as needed including potential support for gift card platform validations (if applicable).
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing marketing operations or email marketing.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with email campaigns promotions and operational support.
- Strong project management organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience tracking budgets and marketing campaign results.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
