You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWHAT THE STRUCTURE DOESFraud Risk & Monitoring:
Ensure that the level of counterparty risks taken by the Company is aligned with the Companys policy and is compatible with the Companys economic and capital structure;
Ensure the definition and improvement of relevant procedures and processes in collaboration with business structures ensuring their implementation overseeing their efficiency and effectiveness in containing risks and the related cost of management for the Company ensuring their consistency with the guiding principles adopted by the Company and overseeing their compliance and application;
Ensure the analysis and assessment of the risk profile of clients under review;
Ensure the definition development and implementation of models and methodologies for risk assessment management and control;
Take care of informing the Companys Governing and Senior Managers about the status of Counterparty Risks;
Ensure the definition of business requirements for the implementation and evolution of IT applications to support counterparty risk management and monitoring processes;
Take care of the classification of the risk positions of the managed portfolio in compliance with the internal regulations in force from time to time proposing to the relevant decision-making bodies the appropriate/needed changes in client status;
Monitor the performance and quality of the customer portfolio identify useful strategies to control the cost of risk propose adequate risk coverage through the process of reserve provisioning;
Take care of the development maintenance and evolution of tools and methods aimed at On-Boarding evaluation and monitoring of clients to the extent of its competence ensuring the implementation of the guidelines adopted by the company;
Take care of monitoring the development of portfolio credit risks informing the Senior Management;
Ensure fraud risk management with the goal of minimizing losses and expanding the customer base;
Ensure the management of the risk of external fraud through the care organization and coordination of the implementation of the systems necessary for the prevention identification control and monitoring of the protective device as well as the coordination or direct management of investigations including the risk of e-commerce fraud in particular in the management;
Ensure proper monitoring and reporting of suspicious transactions and activity.
Ensure the execution of operational controls defined in the relevant regulations including for the purpose of cost of risk accounting as well as the proper management of actions to protect against potential fraudulent transactions.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience relative to the risk or AML area or at least theoretical knowledge on the subject and with a strong interest in that subject statistical skills.
