Yourroleandresponsibilities
As Digital Product Manager you take ownership of the IT global E-Commerce digital product domain (E-Commerce Search CMS Customer Integrations)in order to drive the digital transformation and innovation of the differentbusiness units.
You create a digital product strategy for the E-Commerce domain that isbusiness goals oriented and ROI driven.
You develop a long-term roadmap for the E-Commerce digital product domain in which the business needs and priorities are captured in a good architecture. You make surecybersecurity and IT foundations (such as system performance and availability) are key components of the roadmap.
Following the guidelines of your roadmap you set up an action plan that clearly defines the details of thearchitecture and dependencies between products.
Under your supervision digital transformation is ensured in order to generate a continuous improvementof the customer experience.
By encouraging cross-digital coordination of product streams you set out to break down silos and improvethe quality of the offered solutions.
You provide organizational leadership direction and coaching to Product Owners and Development Leads in order to build and improve their capabilities competences and growth mindset.
You provide both functional and non-functional (technical) leadership to the global E-Commerce Search CMS Customer Integrations product domain and its squads and you are responsible as well for the global stakeholder management in your area.
Youensure smooth and efficient development and deployment of new features updates and product listings while maintaining high availability and performance.
Youoptimize workflows and deployment strategies to monitor cross-team dependencies reduce manual intervention and ensure seamless software delivery.
You manage budget of your digital products including the external partner management for the delivery of the digital products
You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics data to measure product success (efficiency and quality) and identify areas for improvement.
You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital product management and technologies.
You will help reshaping the application landscape and introducing innovative products and technologies.
How to succeed / Your profile
You are part of a dynamic fast-paced team where initiative and entrepreneurship are valued.
You hold a Masters Degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
You can rely on a minimum of five years of experience in E-Commerce IT product management/development in a large-scale build environment. Having an in-depth knowledge of business processes (e.g. CMS) is a big plus.
3 years experience managing a team of product owners release manager scrum master lead developers etc in an Agile environment.
You are a hands-on technology leader.
You have experience with technology roadmapping and strategic development. You understand the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization.
Having experience or knowledge with technologies such as CMS are a plus as well as architectures such as headless E-Commerce.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring technology teams setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance inclusive and collaborative culture.
Experience working in an Agile iterative development environment ensuring technology needs are aligned with business priorities.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration working with engineering security compliance and product teams (as examples) to drive platform-wide improvements.
Exceptional communication collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading or participating in transformation programs for product and engineering teams.
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on technical coaching product agility and team transformation.
Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.) and Lean principles.
You have strong people skills and have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
You are used to working under pressure and take on a flexible attitude.
You are able to lead through ambiguity and change maintaining focus on long-term goals.
You have a good sense of responsibility initiative and accountability.
You have a growth mindset with a goal of continuous incremental improvement.
You are a problem solver who is results-driven.
B2B E-Commerce experience a plus.
You are able to travel up to 10% of the time.
You are a fluent speaker of English.
