- Drive high-impact analysis by leading cross-functional workshops and translating complex requirements into innovative actionable solutions.
- Champion agile and project delivery excellence by refining and aligning methodologies to fit evolving team needs and business goals.
- Inspire and elevate others through mentoring coaching and cultivating a strong learning culture within the business analysis community

About you:
- Proven expertise with 5 years in a senior Business Analyst role leading complex initiatives across both business and technical domains.
- Strategic thinker with a technical edge skilled at bridging the gap between requirements and innovative fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Agile delivery champion experienced in adapting and optimizing project methodologies like Scrum Kanban and Prince2 for successful outcomes.
- Natural mentor and team builder fostering continuous growth knowledge sharing and a strong collaborative culture.
- Well-versed in core BA practices including process modelling gap analysis data mapping API integration and full lifecycle traceability.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and tackling challenges with critical thinking and foresight.
