About the Role

Zeni is looking for a passionate and strategic Content Marketing Manager to help shape how we communicate our value to the world. In this role youll craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience educate prospective customers and elevate the Zeni brand. If youre a strong writer who thrives in a collaborative fast-moving environment and is eager to build content that makes an impact wed love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Youre a storyteller with a tech edge. You know how to turn AI into a narrative. You translate complex technology into compelling stories that resonatewhether thats a punchy LinkedIn post a powerful customer case study or a video that brings Zenis impact to life.

• You create content that works across every format. From long-form guides to social reels you instinctively understand what content belongs where and how to make each asset shine. Youre just as comfortable scripting a testimonial video as you are writing a blog post or drafting a high-performing subject line.

• You lead by example. You bring energy initiative and high standards to the tableand raise the bar for the team around you. You dont wait to be told what to do. You proactively spot opportunities take ownership and drive projects forward with clarity and urgency.

• Youre organized adaptable and deeply curious. You thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing deadlines and priorities with ease. Youre constantly learning evolving your craft and bringing fresh ideas into the mix.

General Requirements:

• Exceptional storytelling and writing chops across formatsthink blogs emails case studies video scripts and social posts
• Strong project management skills: organized deadline-driven and comfortable owning content from concept to launch
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them in clear human and engaging ways
• Comfortable working independently but collaborative at heart
• Deep understanding of (and curiosity about) how AI and tech are shaping the future of work
• Experience using content to support product marketing demand generation and brand awareness
• A bias for action experimentation and continuous improvement
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using AI tools to scale and optimize your content output

Base Salary:Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the below stated range. Your actual base pay will depend on your geographic location. Zeni uses compensation regions that vary depending on location. Pay is also determined by job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Additionally Zeni leverages current market data to determine compensation so posted compensation figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. The salary other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. Zeni reserves the right to modify this information at any time subject to applicable law.

Salary Range: $80000 - $110000
