Womens Ministry Associate Director Iglesia del Pueblo (IdP)
The Womens Ministry Associate Director under the guidance and support of the IdP Pastor will be responsible for leading IdPs Womens Ministry and ensuring that the vision and mission of the ministry support the churchs purpose values and mission of seeing people Love God Love One Another Love our Neighbors and Love the Nations. This includes collaborating with the IdP Pastor and the WBC Womens Ministry Director in the development and execution of an annual ministry plan bible study groups womens ministry enhancement events and to participate as a member of the IdP shepherding team. Responsibilities:
1. Bible Study Groups: - Oversee IdP Womens Bible studies as well as the development and launching of new groups. Develop and maintain an annual plan that emphasizes spiritual growth and involvement with a focus on connecting new women. Develop and maintain a current curriculum library that aligns with WBC theology. In collaboration with IdP Pastor and Ministry team plan and execute regular group connection events as a means of bridging the gap between attraction environments and deepening environments (groups).
2. Leadership Development: - Development of Core Teams to help lead in IdP Womens Ministry.
- In collaboration with the WBC Womens Ministry Director plan and execute regular leader training and recognition events.
- Provide training care and coaching for the IdP womens ministry groups coaches.
3. Womens Ministry Enhancement
4. In collaboration with the WBC Womens Ministry Director develop an annual plan for all IdP Womens Ministry training events. - Serve as a shepherd to meet the general needs of the church congregation when necessary.
- Function as a member of the IdP Shepherding staff attending appropriate development meetings staff prayer as schedule permits.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements
- Four or more years ministry experience in Womens Ministry in a large church.
- Bachelors degree preferably in Bible Theology
- Bilingual: Ability to speak and understand both Spanish and English.
- Passion for and commitment to the Great Commission. Able to clearly communicate the Gospel and a vision for the multiplication of disciples.
- Collaborative and humble team player.
- Exhibits strong gifting in the following areas:
- Spiritual gifts of teaching and shepherding.
- Demonstrates active disciple making.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven organizational skills and strengths.
- Alignment with WBC/IdPs mission vision and values.
- Acceptance and agreement of WBC Statement of Doctrine and Faith and WBC Statement of Christian Lifestyle.
- Become an active member and participant in the life of WBC/IdP.
Status: Part-time Hourly 15 hours/week Benefits: Employees working less than 20 hours per week and at least 40 hours in the calendar year will earn 1 hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked.
