Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Irvine CA 92612
Duration: 5 Months

Job Description:
  • The warehouse associate will be responsible for supporting activities to receive store and keep inventory of materials used in the manufacturing of our product.
  • Job responsibilities must be performed in accordance with company policies and standards.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Receive materials delivered to the warehouse.
  • Perform initial inspection of materials upon delivery.
  • Perform SAP transactions to receive materials.
  • Physically move materials to the warehouse to storage locations or to manufacturing areas.
  • Contact vendors to resolve issues with materials received such as damaged or incorrect items.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track inventory usage and order materials to maintain required inventory levels.
  • Create or update materials in SAP
  • Perform cycle counts in SAP
  • Follow GMP for all documentation and activities performed.
  • Generate or revise department SOPs including receiving material handling inventory material requests etc. as necessary.
  • Issue materials in SAP to the manufacturing department for use during production.
  • Work with procurement to close open purchase orders and to resolve issues with material receipt.
Qualifications:
  • H.S diploma. Associate degree or equivalent breath of experience preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of warehouse and SAP experience.
  • Experience in a GMP regulated environment
  • Experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to work in a confined controlled environment and function effectively as a team member
  • Must be computer proficient including Microsoft Word and Excell
  • Must be able to multi-task and reprioritize workload per changing project demands
  • Highly motivated and able to work under limited supervision
  • Good communication skills
