The Opportunity


This role is part of our search focused client team where you will work across the Beiersdorf (BDF) suite of brands including NIVEA Eucerin and Elastoplast.


Beiersdorf is a skincare giant we operate across the search ecosystem (SEO & PPC) looking to surface Beiersdorf across the search journey primarily through their website content and push people further down the purchasing funnel with engaging written pieces CRO and strategic projects designed to make the most out of traffic.


For BDF you will be responsible for a handful of regions (e.g. DACH SOE & France/Benelux). Being the main client contact in your regions youll connect our channel teams with client requests and deliver brilliant reporting drive local market growth by finding growth opportunities and work with the regional senior strategy team to push our strategy and manage ad hoc requests.


Our mission is to enhance brand knowledge inspire loyalty and drive sales through engaging content and innovative digital solutions. This role is essential to achieving that vision producing work that excites clients and delivers results


How youd spend your day


You will work as key component of a large team with a focus on driving a best-in-class client relationship. Having a working knowledge of SEO and PPC best practice will be essential.


Your primary focus will be managing client expectations and steering the client towards our strategy. This will involve linking our SEO PPC and Project manager to clients working with channel teams on delivery/timelines and ad-hoc requests and developing and driving the growth pipeline. In addition to this your work will include prioritising your regions tasks and supporting with reporting and quarterly meetings.


You will be responsible for local market scoping and planning feeding back and ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. A key part of your role will be driving delivery excellence championing innovation especially around automation and execution to exceed client expectations.


Collaboration is at the heart of this role delivering innovative digital solutions that meet user needs. Enthusiasm clarity of communication and a proactive approach are essential to achieving success in this role.

Do you have a working knowledge of search

Being able to effectively communicate search to different levels of stakeholders is crucial as well as expand the visibility of search to the client. Understanding how search works and being able to effectively report on performance and suggest improvements will ensure you are a seamless fit in the team.
