What youll be doing:
- Assisting clients through their purchase by answering questions and providing information on our online platforms
- Assist in managing and updating our website and online inventory listings
- Drive traffic to our website and ensure an easy user-friendly experience for potential buyers
- Assist with digital marketing and customer outreach campaigns
- Monitor and improve online customer reviews and reputation
A great attitude will get you 90% there for the rest were looking for someone who:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the powersports industry is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and ready to make an impact in a close-knit team environment
