The Opportunity
Were looking for an IT and security administrator to provide comprehensive technical support and security operations within Skillfields IT environment. This role combines user support with security administration ensuring robust IT operations incident response and compliance with ISO 27001:2022 standards. This will be a great role for you if you are looking for the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of IT and security operations.
What youll do
IT Support
- Provide end-user support for Windows and Mac devices including advanced troubleshooting
- Manager user onboarding/offboarding access control and permissions
- Handle escalations within the Microsoft Office ecosystem
- Maintain accurate support documentation and asset records
Security Operations & Incident response
- Monitor and manage endpoint security using Microsoft tools across platforms
- Configure and maintain security controls and perform threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
- Coordinate cybersecurity awareness campaigns and phishing simulations
Infrastructure & Cloud administration
- Oversee office ICT infrastructure (firewalls switches wireless etc.)
- Manage Azure and AWS environments supporting business operations
- Support governance of Microsoft Power Platform and advanced Microsoft 365 configurations
- Administer SharePoint with compliance-focused controls and retention policies
Compliance & Documentation
- Support ISO 27001:2022 compliance through documentation and audit rediness
- Maintain internal knowledge base and coordinate with vendors and consultants
What youll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Cyber Security or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra ID SharePoint OneDrive and Azure DevOps platforms
- Experience with security technology and security frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem solving capabilities
