Job Description
Summary:
As a People Excellence Admin you are tasked to support the delivery of efficient accurate and employee-centered HR services across the organization. You will play a key part in executing day-to-day HR operations managing employee records employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (on and offboarding transfers contract changes etc.)
- Prepare employment documents letters and reports in accordance with policies and templates
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Support the maintenance of HR systems including data entry audits and reporting
- Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR policies processes or tools via internal channels
- Maintain service level standards and contribute to a positive employee experience
- Identify opportunities for improving administrative efficiency and employee service delivery
- Ensure all HR actions are completed in compliance with internal policies regulations and data privacy laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration people operations or employee support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with ticketing or case managementsystems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with cross-cultural teams
Good to have:
- Basic understanding of labor laws or HR compliance standards
- Exposure or a background in working for cross-cultural organizations or shared service centers
