Job Description
Qualifications/Experience:
Minnesota teaching license
Home Economics/Family Consumer Science license
Successful background check required.
Experience in Career and Life education is highly preferred along with a passion for preparing students with practical skills for their futures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Thorough knowledge of subject(s) taught; thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching; ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior; ability to deliver articulate oral presentations and written reports; and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff students and to communicate effectively with school staff and parents
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Provide an ideal positive learning environment instruct students in individual or group sessions develop translate and integrate lesson plans and establish positive relationships. See thejob descriptionfor additional information.
Hours Per Day:
7.5 hours/day
As percontract
