Family Law Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team in Massachusetts. This role requires direct communication with clients on a regular basis; therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to quickly absorb and apply legal knowledge to zealously represent clients. Strong critical-thinking creative problem-solving skills and an excellent memory are key attributes for success in this position.
The successful candidate must be trustworthy value transparency and maintain a professional demeanor that balances competence with empathy and care. A high standard of personal and professional excellence is expected along with the ability to hold team members to those same standards. A motivated self-starter with a passion for family law will thrive in this role.
Candidates must also be technically proficient in persuasive legal writing. Superior attention to detail excellent written and oral communication skills the ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with 1 to 2 years of family law experience.
