As our Scheduling Coordinator youll manage daily caregiver staffing while helping nurture and expand relationships with existing referral sources. Were looking for someone who thrives on building partnerships understands the importance of consistency in home care and enjoys playing a key role in helping the business grow.
What Youll Do:
Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly caregiver assignments
Match caregivers with clients based on experience availability and compatibility.
Act as a liaison between caregivers clients and case managers
Build and grow existing referral relationships with care managers discharge planners and facilitieslike theyre your project.
Jump in and resolve any last-minute schedule changes with a calm can-do attitude.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling software.
Support new client onboarding and intake coordination when needed.
2 years of home care/private duty scheduling experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Warm professional phone presence and strong attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Experience building and maintaining relationships with referral sources is a plus
