Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator in contractor capacity for 6 months to cover with the following:

Partner with the Workplace Strategy team to ensure continuity in front desk operations serving as the primary backup for the reception desk.

Support setup and day-of execution for office events large meetings team gatherings and employee social events.

Provide hands-on support for physical office tasks-including sorting mail arranging conference rooms and assisting with furniture moves as needed.

Provide operational and executional support across key initiatives; coordinate and document small or well-scoped cross-functional projects with clear milestones stakeholder updates and follow-through on action items.
