This seasoned and strategic Sr. Corporate Sales Manager to oversees our sales operations ensure the accuracy of sales processes and drive our corporate sales initiatives and service levels.
Reports to: Operations Manager (process) Dotted line Sales Directors (pricing strategy)
Direct Reports: Business Development Managers Account Managers
Pay Structure: Base pay plus team bonus; Exempt
Role Overview: The Sr. Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the work of Inside Account Managers auditing sales outcomes and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with corporate objectives. This role involves strategic planning performance monitoring and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
