What will you be doing in your role
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Padua model and its components and ensure accountability within the team.
- Meeting regularly with Padua supervisors to ensure they have the support and information necessary to monitor case management teams.
- Oversight and management of Outreach and Enrollment team for referrals to all programs.
- Provide a problem-solving framework to staff needs of team/clients and plans for client progress.
- Identify training and tool needs of team and conduct Skills & Techniques for teams 2xs per month.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Draw on internal and external partnerships to provide the resources needed by team and clients.
- Develop strong working relationship with program managers and work in non-siloed fashion within CCFW.
- Understand strategies/processes necessary to address Big Picture planning and goals.
- Ensure strategies and processes are in place to maintain client capacity targets.
- Maintain spending practices to ensure the program is within parameters of program budget.
- Provide information as needed for CCFW Advancement team.
Are you the next Padua Program Manager
- Masters in clinical social work counseling or related field
- A minimum of two years program management experience
- Familiarity with SalesForce a plus
- Available to drive to community meetings and client observations as needed
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
