Job Description Summary
The Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the College of Graduate Studies is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll graduate students analyzing data and market trends and establishing recruitment targets. This role involves collaborating on budget allocation traveling to recruitment events building relationships with institutions and coordinating campus visits and virtual recruitment activities. The Director will oversee application management provide personalized support to applicants and develop yield strategies to convert admitted students to enrolled. Additionally they will track enrollment metrics generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements while ensuring a smooth transition for new students. Minimum Requirements: A masters degree and three years experience in student services programs.
