Job Description
Join The Country Club of North Carolina as our Full-Time Director of Racquets - an exciting opportunity for a certified tennis and pickleball professional to lead premier racquet sports programs in Pinehurst NC. This onsite role offers a fun high-energy environment and a chance to shape exceptional member experiences.
About the Role:
The Director of Racquets manages all racquet sports programming working closely with staff and members to ensure top-tier instruction and engagement. This position requires strong leadership coaching expertise hospitality focus and solid organizational skills. Youll oversee a full calendar of events drive program growth and help achieve club-wide goals as a key member of the leadership team.
