Salary 35235 - 39513 Per Annum Permanent Full time 37 hours per week Preston
The Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub is looking for passionate individuals to help shape a more inclusive skilled workforce across Lancashire. We use data-driven insights to support economic growth and opportunity for all.
Were also delivering the Connect to Work programmean exciting DWP initiative helping people with disabilities health conditions or complex barriers find and stay in meaningful employment.
Join us as an Integration Partnerships Officer to help build a better Lancashire.
As the Integration Partnerships Officer you will:
- Drive integration of employment support within health services by promoting the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model across NHS and care settings.
- Build partnerships with health professionals to increase referrals and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme.
- Coordinate delivery of employment pathways ensuring seamless collaboration between health partners local authorities and service providers.
- Lead strategic efforts to embed employment as a health outcome troubleshoot implementation challenges and report on programme impact.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in employment support health services or partnership coordination.
- Strong understanding of the IPS model and integrated care systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for inclusive person-centred approaches to employment and health.
