Requirements:
- Generates revenue communicates with customers explains vehicle maintenanceservicesas well as auto repair develops estimates and quotes and focuses on customer satisfaction
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting ofServiceTechnicians productivity
- Oversees employee training and development
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
- Maintains customerservicerecords
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
- Knowledge of warranty procedures work scheduling etc. is required
- Must have excellent customerserviceskills
- Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of business management
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
