Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker - Community
Location: Cornwall
Pay Rate: 40 Per Hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Team based in Cornwall.
What will your responsibilities be
- Provide experienced leadership and management across Adult Social Care (ASC) services.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery.
- Act as a peripatetic manager offering flexible support across various ASC teams as needed.
- Initially focus on stabilising and supporting the Adults Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team.
- Step into other ASC teams as required to provide leadership continuity and operational stability.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
