This position has the ability to grow into an administrative position: Chief Financial Officer.
Salaried Full Time:

The Job You Will Perform:
- Manage the financial operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of monies owed
- Aid in developing and maintaining the hospital budget tracking expenses to ensure financial health
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and tax laws to maintain compliance
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and processes
- Assist in month-end close activities and create journal entries for market activities
- Leverage knowledge of accounting procedures including accounts payable to enhance financial operations
The Qualifications Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:
- Associate degree in accounting finance or related field required
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience required
- Knowledge of accounting procedures including accounts payable
- Prior experience working through month-end close activities and creating journal entries for market activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Healthcare experience preferred
