This position has the ability to grow into an administrative position: Chief Financial Officer.

Salaried Full Time:
Monday Friday 8a-4:30p

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Manage the financial operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Manage the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of monies owed
  • Aid in developing and maintaining the hospital budget tracking expenses to ensure financial health
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations and tax laws to maintain compliance
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and processes
  • Assist in month-end close activities and create journal entries for market activities
  • Leverage knowledge of accounting procedures including accounts payable to enhance financial operations

The Qualifications Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

  • Associate degree in accounting finance or related field required
  • Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience required
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures including accounts payable
  • Prior experience working through month-end close activities and creating journal entries for market activities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Healthcare experience preferred
