Were looking for an experiencedCredit and Policy Analystto help shape credit strategy and drive commercial success in our Business Banking team.

What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute credit strategies to optimise risk reward trade-offs.
- Support portfolio growth and improved ROE through policy and settings enhancements and portfolio quality improvements
- Deliver insights through reporting and performance analysis and monitoring
- Improve customer experience through credit process innovation
What Youll Bring:
- 8 years in Financial Services with lending expertise.
- A proven background inlending productsandcredit risk or credit operations.
- Strong analytical research and credit risk skills.
- Advanced Excel and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending (CRE & SME).
