Were looking for an experiencedCredit and Policy Analystto help shape credit strategy and drive commercial success in our Business Banking team.

Ready to make an impact

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute credit strategies to optimise risk reward trade-offs.
  • Support portfolio growth and improved ROE through policy and settings enhancements and portfolio quality improvements
  • Deliver insights through reporting and performance analysis and monitoring
  • Improve customer experience through credit process innovation

What Youll Bring:

  • 8 years in Financial Services with lending expertise.
  • A proven background inlending productsandcredit risk or credit operations.
  • Strong analytical research and credit risk skills.
  • Advanced Excel and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending (CRE & SME).
