Role description:Responsible for onboarding new MSP partners across ANZ this role blends client-facing engagement technical training and project delivery.
- Pre-sales engagement for large clients focusing on the implementation journey
- Management of multiple concurrent implementations
- Hosting/co-hosting webinars and one-to-many virtual/in-person training
- Leading bespoke implementation projects with milestone tracking
- Creating/updating documentation and client/internal training materials
- Ensuring client satisfaction and improving onboarding processes

Must haves:- 3 years experience in Implementation Management or similar role
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Experience with technical implementations particularly M365 and Modern Workplace
- Proactive self-starting and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative setting
Nice to haves:- Experience creating training/documentation material
- SC-900 or similar Microsoft certifications (encouraged but can be completed post-hire)
