WHAT YOULL DO:
As our Warranty Administrator you will be our go-to member and resource for administering warranty claims and recovering all possible reimbursement for warranty repairs by working directly with vendors. Every day you will handle all incoming claims complete warranty-related data entry and documentation and ensure our Service team is informed of all warranty work in progress. To thrive in this role you should have a strong customer service mindset a winning attitude and enjoy keeping things in order.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Experience processing warranty claims is a must!
- Experience with service operations coordinating service work and administrative support in a technical or equipment-based environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Outlook Word Excel and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Compensation: $24.94-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
