Job Title: Global Programme Manager
Location: Norwich UK
Salary: Up to 92000 bonus benefits.
Relocation: Relocation Support Available.
TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programmes with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
- Manage schedules resources budgets and risk across multiple projects
- Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure governance quality and compliance standards are upheld
- Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teams
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 years technical programme management experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in electronics engineering or similar technical domain.
- Examples of sectors would be R&D Electronic Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defence (i.e Highly regulated industries)
- Industry-recognised programme/project management qualification (APM PMP PRINCE2)
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
