As our Supply Chain Coordinator youll be the operational backbone of our supplier network driving performance across quality speed and cost. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager youll own supplier relationships ensure flawless execution and turn challenges into improvementsbecause operational excellence is the only standard we accept.
The Compensation:
Our base salary for this role ranges between 38000 and 42000 per year depending on your level of experience. On top of that you can earn up to 800/month through our performance-based bonus system making the total compensation package up to per year.

Your Impact
- Own end-to-end supplier coordination across CNC SMF and AM technologies to deliver high-quality parts on time every time.
- Drive quoting speed and competitiveness by selecting the right suppliers negotiating cost and lead time and placing orders with precision.
- Elevate performanceensure suppliers consistently meet on-time delivery on-quality performance targets taking action at the first sign of deviation.
- Solve fastmanage technical clarifications resolve non-conformities and lead root-cause analysis to prevent future issues.
- Build to lastonboard suppliers with rigor educate them on MakerVerse standards and strengthen partnerships through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Know the detailsmaintain clean up-to-date systems and track every quote PO and supplier KPI with discipline.
- Fuel improvementdrive strategic supplier development initiatives and contribute to broader business process enhancements.
- Be the trusted partnerserve as the single point of contact for suppliers proactively managing communication and resolving issues fast.
Your DNA
- Execution driven mindset with 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or supplier managementideally in a mechanical engineering / manufacturing environment.
- Obsessive about operational metricson time on quality and margin performance arent just numbers to you theyre your scoreboard.
- Problem solver by naturecomfortable making fast decisions and taking corrective action when things go wrong.
- Strong communicatorable to navigate technical discussions with suppliers and align internally with engineering procurement and customer teams.
