Position Overview
We are seeking a Sports Travel Coordinator to support clients in planning organizing and booking travel arrangements related to sporting events. This fully remote role involves managing group itineraries coordinating logistics and ensuring that clients enjoy stress-free well-organized travel experiences.
Primary Responsibilities

Work with sports teams clubs and fan groups to understand travel needs preferences and budgets.

Research and recommend destinations accommodations and event-related options that fit client requirements.

Arrange and confirm group accommodations flights ground transportation and ticket packages.

Maintain relationships with travel suppliers hotels and event organizers.

Accurately document and update trip details in booking and CRM systems.

Provide clients with timely confirmations updates and pre-departure guidance.

Assist with itinerary adjustments changes or special requests as needed.

Stay informed about major sporting events travel logistics and group travel best practices.
Qualifications
