DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a geographically diverse inside sales team across multiple time zones.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales skills and drive performance.
- Track analyze and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and improvements.
- Develop implement and oversee efficient sales processes and operational workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide team members with ongoing learning and development opportunities including advanced training programs.
- Foster a supportive and motivating team culture through strong professional relationships and clear communication.
- Champion a results-driven sales culture focused on performance and operational excellence.
- Coach team members on sales strategies product knowledge and customer relationship best practices.
- Hold team members accountable for sales targets while offering guidance and feedback to support their success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience in sales and people management roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex sales challenges.
- A strong commitment to team development and high-performance sales environments.
- Ability to build trust motivate individuals and foster a collaborative work culture.
