Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Top Workplace tech business outsourcing company who is looking to hire a Team Lead to join their team in Manila Phillipines.

  • Position: Team Lead
  • Location: Manila Phillipines
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a geographically diverse inside sales team across multiple time zones.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales skills and drive performance.
  • Track analyze and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and improvements.
  • Develop implement and oversee efficient sales processes and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide team members with ongoing learning and development opportunities including advanced training programs.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating team culture through strong professional relationships and clear communication.
  • Champion a results-driven sales culture focused on performance and operational excellence.
  • Coach team members on sales strategies product knowledge and customer relationship best practices.
  • Hold team members accountable for sales targets while offering guidance and feedback to support their success.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
      • Proven experience in sales and people management roles.
      • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
      • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
      • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex sales challenges.
      • A strong commitment to team development and high-performance sales environments.
      • Ability to build trust motivate individuals and foster a collaborative work culture.
