Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time on-site
Join a dynamic international company as a Team Leader for a Digital Trust and Safety project. We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader fluent in Greek and English to manage and guide a team dedicated to content review and platform safety.
Main Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of content moderators
-
Ensure daily operations meet performance targets and KPIs

Monitor quality standards and team performance
-
Provide coaching mentoring and development sessions
-
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments
-
Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
-
Fluency in Greek (C2) and English (B2/C1 minimum)
-
Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role ideally in content moderation or customer service
-
Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Sofia
