Job Description
About the Role:
Were looking for a full-time VA Lead Trainer to develop manage and optimize our internal training programs for virtual assistants. The training system is designed to be self-paced and completed within a 3-day onboarding window and your job is to ensure the content is clear accessible and that VAs are deployment-ready upon completion. If youre experienced in Instructional Design and enjoy building structured scalable learning systems wed love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development
Audit and refine current self-paced training content
Create structured easy-to-follow modules for admin CRM communication and task management
Apply instructional design principles to enhance clarity engagement and accessibility
Organize all materials in a centralized easy-to-navigate platform (e.g. Google Drive Notion LMS)
- 3-Day Self-Paced Onboarding Program
Build and maintain a clear 3-day onboarding flow that VAs can complete independently
Develop assessments quizzes and practical tasks to validate learning outcomes
Review results and conduct final evaluations to determine deployment readiness
- VA Progress Tracking
Monitor each VAs training completion quiz results and task submissions
Identify patterns in learning gaps or frequently missed content
Provide timely feedback and report readiness to the operations team
- Training Leadership
Serve as the internal expert on VA training content and strategy
Ensure training aligns with evolving client needs and role requirements
Continuously improve learning flows based on VA and client feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education HR Development or a related field
Instructional Design certification (e.g. ATD CPTD Instructional Design Foundations etc.)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development onboarding or content creation
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools (Slack Google Suite Asana Notion)
Background in VA work BPO or agency operations is a plus
Preferred Tools/Skills:
Experience creating and managing self-paced learning programs
Proficiency in creating visual/video training (Loom Canva etc.)
Familiarity with adult learning microlearning and onboarding best practices
