Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects including planning execution and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success metrics.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across operational teams.
- Report progress to executive leadership and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of experience in digital project management preferably in a global or enterprise setting.
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS cloud or data platform projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum SAFe) DevOps and digital product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps Power BI Salesforce and D365.
- PMP PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications are a plus.
