Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Platform Expert plays a critical role in managing and enhancing Labrador Transparency s digital platforms and managed services. This individual is responsible for process design enterprise project management stakeholder training and providing technical support across multiple systems. The Platform Expert ensures seamless platform integration alignment with client needs and adherence to Labrador s high standards for operational excellence and service delivery.

Working closely with internal teams including Project Management Digital Experience (DEx) Electronic Documents (eDocs) and Innovation as well as with clients and external partners this role supports the development and execution of digital solutions that elevate transparency and stakeholder communication.


Key Responsibilities

1. Process Design and Optimization

  • Design implement and optimize workflows to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align operational processes with strategic goals.

  • Regularly review systems and procedures to drive efficiency and incorporate best practices.

2. Solutions Development

  • Evaluate and enhance platform-based services by integrating new features tools and process improvements.

  • Recommend innovations that improve client outcomes and operational effectiveness.

3. Training and Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams external collaborators and clients.

  • Tailor content for diverse audiences to ensure clear understanding and practical application of platform tools.

4. Platform Function Support

  • Provide expert-level support on platform functionality troubleshooting and technical guidance.

  • Ensure consistent operations and resolve system-related challenges quickly and efficiently.

5. Project Management

  • Lead enterprise-level digital platform projects from planning through execution.

  • Develop and manage timelines resource allocation and stakeholder communications.

  • Monitor progress and adapt project plans to align with objectives and deadlines.

6. Integration Management

  • Oversee the integration of Labrador s Managed Services with client platforms ensuring smooth data and workflow alignment.

  • Develop strategies to optimize client use of Labrador s services and platform capabilities.

7. Partnership Management

  • Serve as the liaison between Labrador and key platform partners and vendors.

  • Support joint initiatives coordinate issue resolution and drive enhancements aligned with client and organizational priorities.

8. Client Engagement

  • Participate in planning sessions with key clients to tailor platform solutions to their specific needs.

  • Conduct platform demonstrations to illustrate capabilities and value.

  • Help shape the digital client experience through consultative engagement.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications Digital Media IT or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in platform or digital project management client solutions or operations.

  • Strong understanding of digital publishing and workflow integration.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and HTML is required.

  • Excellent communication training and client-facing skills.

  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and in a client-centric service organization.



Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in platform or digital project management, client solutions, or operations. Strong understanding of digital publishing and workflow integration. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and HTML is required. Excellent communication, training, and client-facing skills. Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross-functionally and in a client-centric service organization.
