Job Description
Important Notes:
- The consultants need to have at least 11 years of professional IT-related experience.
- Non-EU consultants wont be accepted.
- CVs must be presented in Europass format and in English.
- The CVs should clearly highlight the candidates experience and the technologies used.
- The consultant needs to be available for interview within 10 working days after the submission of proposal.
- The client requires the consultants to go onsite 3 days a week (Mondays and Thursdays are mandatory in the office). Please note that remote work from abroad is not permitted. All consultants need to live/relocate to Belgium.
- Please note that all consultants are required to obtain a Personal Security Clearance. Before starting the assignment they will need to proof the initiation of the procedure.
Nature of the main tasks:
- Business processes modelling
- Business model analysis
- Business requirements analysis
- Functional requirements analysis
- Process analysis
- Risk analysis
- Assistance in drafting business cases project charters and security plans
- Assistance in drafting Test Plans and Test Cases
Knowledge and competences
- UML BPMN
- Business analysis and business processes modelling
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Information Systems matters and technical knowledge on the projects aspects
- Large organization administrative business processes
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Agile business analysis
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to give high-level presentations
- All consultants will need to have a base with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. Please mention it explicitly on the CVs (mandatory requirement)

- Balsamiq wireframes
- Software AG ARIS
Software development Lifecycle
- Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence)
- GitHub
- ServiceNow
Methodology
- Project Management: PM and PM Agile
- Agile Software development: Kanban & Scrum
Technical certification(s)
At least one of the following:
- BPMN 2.0
- OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
- OMG Certified UML Professional
- BABOK
- ITIL 4
- PM certifications
- Agile Certified Professional IIBA
