Shift/ Hours: Monday-Friday 2nd shift

We are seeking an outstanding Team Lead for Site Services Kit Production to join our 2nd shift team! This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team ensuring flawless operations and maintaining world-class standards in kit production. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and quality in our processes!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the department maintaining world-class quality standards.
  • Participate in daily operations and address issues until resolved successfully.
  • Provide training for new personnel and implement new processes ensuring detailed documentation.
  • Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues.
  • Build work schedules and holiday planning for the team.
  • Assist in Global Kit Production distribution and order fulfillment ensuring timely processing of supplies.
  • Support internal departments and external kit vendors with high levels of service and reliability.
  • Manage Kit Production staff and provide training to new members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and management.
  • Monitor staff performance and identify efficiencies in the production process.
  • Support with back orders order comments and express orders.
  • Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports.
  • Manage the K Drive and kit vendor document repository.
  • Provide system and courier training.
  • Attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings.
  • Perform quality control checks and assist with (un)loading activities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices.
  • Strong motivator with the ability to encourage and lead a team.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital literacy and outstanding analytical abilities.
  • Effective negotiation problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical mobility including standing bending and lifting with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and potentially hazardous substances.
