Job Summary:

Under minimal supervision the Onboarding Specialist will deliver exceptional and innovative support to the Employee Relations and Compliance division to ensure operational excellence. Individuals in this role will leverage advanced automated systems to input process monitor and resolve discrepancies in data and records critical to departmental operations and services. This includes planning executing implementing and overseeing strategic programs projects and initiatives that align with departmental goals. In addition the Specialist will provide thoughtful recommendations to management for enhancing programs and services and ensuring continuous improvement. The Onboarding Specialist is expected to possess strong analytical organizational and interpersonal skills a deep understanding of compliance requirements creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering a seamless and positive onboarding experience.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding and Compliance Management:Leads the onboarding process for new employees ensuring seamless integration while maintaining compliance with USCIS regulations and other legal requirements for employment eligibility.
  • Collaboration:Collaborates with hiring managers HR and training teams to streamline and coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process using creative solutions to ensure alignment and successful completion of key milestones.
  • Coordination and Issue Resolution:Acts as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries creatively resolving issues and facilitating smooth communication between departments while ensuring compliance with all applicable onboarding regulations.
  • Program Development:Designs implements and continuously improves innovative onboarding programs that align with departmental goals and organizational values ensuring creativity and efficiency in delivering a positive new hire experience.
  • Innovation and Partnership:Partners with upper-level management to innovate and enhance the onboarding experience applying technology-driven solutions and creative strategies to improve efficiency employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Process Improvement:Provides data-driven creative recommendations and research to refine and optimize the onboarding process responding to evolving needs and driving continuous improvement in alignment with departmental and organizational goals
  • Content Development:Creates and manages engaging onboarding materials and communications ensuring they are up-to-date compliant and aligned with the departments objectives while utilizing creative approaches to enhance employee experience.
  • Employees are responsible for executing the duties and responsibilities listed below as well as any other duties as assigned. Some positions may require employees to work before during or after an emergency or disaster at the departments discretion.
